Refund Policy
Our Premium K-Astrology PDF Reports are personalized digital products, created specifically from the birth details you provide and delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. Because a digital report cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the report is a custom digital product delivered electronically,
- the report is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only, and
- you waive any right to cancel or withdraw once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
Exceptions (the only cases we refund):
- Non-delivery: you did not receive your report within [3] business days of purchase, and we are unable to deliver it after you contact us.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Unopenable file: the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
What we do not refund:
- Dissatisfaction with the content, tone, or accuracy of the reading, or a reading that doesn’t match your expectations, personality, or life events. Interpretations are subjective.
- Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete birth details provided by you. Please double-check your details before ordering.
- Change of mind after delivery.

We review every request individually, reply within [3] business days, and, if approved, refund to your original payment method. Refunds approved under the exceptions above are the sole remedy; where we can fix the problem by re-sending or correcting the file, we will do that instead of refunding.
